There is a first time for everything, and this wedding is my first Jewish, Russian wedding as a photographer. I was totally blown-away of everything about this wedding. I didn’t have a formal meeting/consultation with Rebecca prior to the wedding, and I didn’t get to see her and Alex until the wedding day. My jaw literally dropped when I met them at our rendezvous site in Pasadena – the Descanso Garden. They are amazingly, equally beautiful. A perfect match in everyway…and so in love. Their chemistry is undenying. I felt like I was shooting a romantic movie. 🙂 I could see sparkles in their eyes when they were looking at each other…with so much passion and love. We had so much fun doing their bridal outtake at Descanso Garden. It was a gorgeous, bright, warm day. Throughout the photoshoot, Alex reminds me very much of Christian Bale, the leading actor of Hollywood. Check out one of his photos with him standing by the door…so much like Christian Bale. But Alex is taller and more built I think. 🙂 He looked insanely handsome in his Armani tux, and Rebecca was ravishingly beautiful in her wedding gown – adorned in beautifuly jewelries and stunning 5.5 carats. Yes!!! 5.5 carats…that’s crazy huge. Throughout their wedding, I was constantly exposed to new cultural phenomenons. The entertainment & music by Eddie Grimberg & band was AMAZINGGG! They are one of the best live, wedding bands in my book. The female singer  and the violinist captivated my heart eventhough I don’t understand Russian. But music doesn’t need to be understood but to be felt. In addition, Yuri (Rebecca’s mom) did warn me about how great Russian foods are. I truly believe her and I couldn’t wait to try the foods. She was right. They were deliciously amazing…my mouth is literally watered thinking about them. Now I can say that I have tried Russian foods even though I haven’t been to Russia. 🙂 The foods were pretty healthy with lots of seafoods and vegetables. It could go on and on of how amazing this wedding is. But this blog post is getting long, and I want to show you the photography instead. So enjoy the photos.
