Beautiful, Rustic Wedding at Big Bear Lake | Elizabeth & Mike

When I first heard from Elizabeth on the phone, I felt an immediate connection to her sweet voice. The booking was effortless. We didn’t even meet until their engagement session – which was fun and amazing. Elizabeth & Mike are both fun, spontaneous, and adventurous. They are opened to any suggestion and willing to try anything we suggested, which made our job so easy. During the engagement session, Mike was so comfortable in his own skin that he didn’t worry about goofing around and embarrass himself. He would do whatever it takes to make Elizabeth laughed and giggled. I could feel so much love between them as I was working with them. He completely adores her, and she is head-over-heel in love with Mike. I have gone up to Big Bear Lake a few times for snowboarding, but I had never done a wedding at Big Bear Lake. It was a warm, sunny day, and the road was clear. 🙂 It took us about 2.5 hours drive up through the winding and mountainous road of Big Bear. We arrived at this beautiful estate. Everything felt so cozy, intimate and warmth. Warmth and full of love are what this wedding was all about. Everyone in the bridal party was so helpful and actively making efforts to collaborate with us. Whatever help we needed, we got it. 🙂 From the beginning to the end, there wasn’t one dull moment. They are both an amazing couple with endless energy. I know planning a wedding is not easy. But throughout the day, they were constantly on the move with us and their energy was always vivacious and spirited. It was such a fun and beautiful day. We truly appreciate this opportunity, and it was an honor to witness and capture their special day.
