Here’s the full blog of Saira & Erik’s beautiful engagement session in downtown Los Angeles. This couple is one of the nicest and sweetest couples that we had worked with. Their love story is even sweeter. Saira & Erik met on December 11, 2013 in a hot yoga class in downtown LA. There were only three people in class since it was the last class of the day. After class, Erik introduced himself to Saira after overhearing her tells one of the instructors that she works in accounting and finance. He mentioned that he works in consulting and finance, which was interesting since they had similar jobs and obviously similar fitness interests! They coincidentally met each other multiple times thereafter at yoga and made a point to say hi to each other and talk after class. They talked about tennis, downtown, and the holidays. Finally, Erik asked Saira for her number so that they could play tennis sometime. She told him that she was studying for the GMAT so that they would have to plan for after my exam. One day while she was studying, he messaged to ask if she would like to take a quick coffee break from studying. Of course Saira jumped at the opportunity to get more coffee, but more importantly to see Erik again. They met at G&B in Grand Central Market and ordered the same beverage. Before they knew it, three hours flew by and they were still talking over the same cup of coffee! After parting ways, Saira called one of her best friends and told her “I have met my future husband”. After my exam, Erik asked Saira out to dinner at Orsa & Winston on January 3rd, 2014. It was the best meal with the best date! She had bought him her favorite movie and book, so they decided to watch the movie after dinner. They have been inseparable since.

There you go…It’s such a sweet and romantic story of how they met. Who would have thought yoga class could be such a cool place to meet your future husband or wife. 🙂 Enjoy these gorgeous photos of their engagement session.
